Wingspan Data

LI: to use statistical and scientific methods to study the effects of the wingspan and area on lift
Mr Wongs Math Groups made graphs to study the lift to see if the wingspan and distance differs. The type of graph they made was a scatter chart. They first threw their planes and had to measure the distance. They also needed the measurements as data so they can use it in their graph. They also have made some mistakes like how most of the planes distance flown were pretty consistent and maybe one or two were way off. So they might have thrown it too hard or too soft. They also made a paper graph, and drew a trend-line. A trend-line is a line that shows how high or low the results are.
